Where the money leaks

Authorized hours that never turn into cash

Every agency loses some revenue between the authorization and the deposit. Put in your own numbers to see what a small leak costs in a year.

What slips through

The starting percentages are examples, not industry figures. Set them to what you see in your agency.

The product

One place for the whole referral-to-cash cycle

Each job gets a short menu for its own work, and every screen points at what costs money or risks a survey finding today.

One app for owner and staff

One shared record keeps every role in sync

A caregiver clocks in once. The schedule, billing, the owner's numbers and the family all see it within seconds, with no re-keying and no phone tag.

Wisterna Care · the caregiver app

Each caregiver has their own app for the day’s work

Caregivers sign in with a code sent to their own phone and see only their visits, care plans, paperwork and credentials. The clock-in they make at the door is the visit record.

  1. Clock in at the door

Time and, with permission, location become the EVV start. The office sees the visit go live.

  2. Tick the care plan

Tasks done and a short note for family, with no medical details.

  3. Running late or can't make it

One tap tells the office and the family. A visit with no clock-in 15 minutes after its start is flagged.

  4. Paperwork and renewals on the phone

Sign forms from the office, and photograph a renewed CPR card or license with its new expiry date.

Wisterna Family · the family app

Families see care as it happens

An app relatives add to their home screen. They sign in with a code, see only what the person agreed to share, and stop calling the office to ask if the caregiver arrived.

Privacy by design

Built for health information from the first line of code

Each agency kept separate

Every agency's records are stored apart. Staff see only the agencies and roles they are given, checked on every request.

Family sharing with consent

Families see only what the person agreed to share, recorded with who agreed and when. Withdraw permission and access stops.

A trail for every action

Sign-ins, signatures, family views and payments are logged. Links and codes are stored only as hashes and expire.

Pricing

A base fee for your agencies, $10 a month for each caregiver

Every plan includes every feature, unlimited office users and the family app for every family. The account owner pays one bill for all agencies. Start with a 14-day trial; nothing is billed until you choose a plan.

Estimate your monthly bill

Caregivers are the active staff on your agencies’ Team rosters. Office users are always included.

Questions

What agencies ask us

Does it replace our EHR or EVV system?

No. Wisterna CareLedger sits above them. It covers the work they leave out: intake, authorization tracking, revenue at risk, compliance deadlines, staff credentials, family updates and payments. Connections to EHR, EVV aggregators and clearinghouses are on the roadmap.

Which care businesses is it for?

Home care (non-medical), Medicare-certified home health and hospice, assisted living, memory care, nursing homes and independent living. Pick your setting at sign-up and the words, payers, documents and rules adjust.

We own several LLCs. Can we see them together?

Yes. The all-agencies view shows revenue at risk, referrals, readiness and staff issues for every agency side by side, and you switch between them in one click. The Owner plan covers up to 15 agencies on one bill; consultants managing client agencies use Enterprise.

Are these phone apps or web apps?

Both apps, Wisterna Care for caregivers and Wisterna Family for relatives, install from a link straight to the phone’s home screen and open like any other app, on iPhone and Android. There is nothing to download from an app store, and updates arrive automatically. App Store and Google Play versions are on the roadmap.

How do caregivers get the app?

The office adds the caregiver’s mobile number to their Team record and taps Invite. The caregiver opens the link, signs in with a code sent to that number and adds the app to the home screen. Turning off access signs them out at once.

How do families get the app?

The office sends an invitation from the client's page. The family member opens the link on their phone, signs in with a one-time code and adds it to the home screen. There is nothing to download from an app store.

How do we get our data in?

Start with the setup wizard: agency details, payers, staff and clients. Your team can add referrals and visits from day one, and we help bring in staff and client lists during onboarding.

Is the regulatory content kept current?

The rule library covers federal CMS requirements and common state items for each setting, with the citation shown on each task. Rules change every year, so each agency should confirm items against current state guidance. Form templates should be reviewed by counsel for your state.
